1) Unclasp umbrella
2) Press the 'Up' arrow (^) button and your umbrella should pop open!
3) To close, press the 'Down' arrow (v) button to retract umbrella.
4) Push the top of umbrella down to handle with both palms until you hear a 'click' sound.
