Q: I have created a customer account but I have yet to receive the email confirmation. What should I do?
A: Check your junk or spam folder. If your email confirmation is still missing, drop an email to info@theartfaculty.sg and we will help you with your account.
Q: I don't want to create a PayPal account, can I still complete the purchase?
A: Yes you can. You are not required to open a PayPal account to complete a purchase. Click the check box <No, I don't want an account now> at the bottom of the payment form when submitting your payment.
Q: I did everything that I'm supposed to, but I'm unable to "Checkout". What should I do?
A: Should you encounter such an error, take a screenshot of the error report or what you see on your screen. Email info@theartfaculty.sg with that screenshot and we will try our best to help you with your error.
Q: The item I want is sold out! What should I do?
A: Drop us an email at info@theartfaculty.sg with the item that you are interested in. Some items might be limited in quantity or not in production anymore, but we will try our best to help.
Q: Why are all your artworks "Out of Stock"? How do I purchase them?
A: All artworks on our online shop follow an Order-to-Print system. This means that we do not keep our artworks in-stores but only start production on them when there is a sale, resulting in the "out of stock" notification.

- Artwork name
- Quantity of artwork
- Preference for frame or without
Q: What are your delivery options?

Q: Can I deliver products to another address?
A: Yes. After adding all your products to your Shopping Cart, click the button <Configure your addresses>. Click <Add Address> and fill up the secondary address you would like your products delivered to. Select this New Address as the Shopping Address for your checkout.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: Click here for full delivery charges on both local and international deliveries.
Q: Can I ship outside of Singapore?
A: Yes. Upon checkout, input your international address. The system will reconfigure to adjust the shipping fees and methods to the new international address.
