Payment

• For online payment, please enable pop-ups in your browser.
• All transactions are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• We accept payments made by PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.
• Online orders will be delivered after payment has been received and confirmed. Alternatively, you may drop by our retail stores at Enabling Village & Pathlight School Campus 1.

Returns & Refunds

• All goods and services sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable. 
• In the event that you receive a defective item, do send the following information to info@theartfaculty.sg within 24 hours for us to facilitate your return request: 
  1. Order Number 
  2. Photo of the defect(s)
  3. Date of your Purchase
• The Art Faculty reserves the right to look into each case individually, conclude on the refund process and reject orders at its discretion. 
• All enquiries for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price.
